Process: During production in the extrusion workshop, this product is coiled into a disc. It is then transported to the winding workshop, where a rolling machine tightly interlock the left and right sides of the cross-section, winding it into a cylindrical pipe.

To ensure such high accuracy, you need to pay attention to the following aspects:1.The wall thickness of the mold is very thick, and sufficient pressure needs to be given to the head. When the head is under pressure, the discharge can be stable.;
2.When the mold is debugged, it is not allowed to weld the material in the head cavity, and the material can only be removed. In this way, the debugged mold will have good stability in the future production process.;
3.The temperature control accuracy of the extruder should be high, and the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermocouple should be controlled to plus or minus 1 degree, so as to ensure the stability of the discharge.;
4.Each batch of raw materials must be tested to ensure that the composition and fluidity of different batches of raw materials for each raw material are the same, so as to ensure the stability of continuous discharge.;
