Technological innovation

Aona insists on independent R&D and technological innovation,has broken through several technical problems in the industry.Such as an extruder diverter,a patent diverter for black lines of screw (Patent No.:ZL 2018 2 1246316.9)was supported by the SME development fund of the Ministry of science and technology.

Aona has 2000 square meters of standardized assembly workshop and machining workshop,industry-leading processing center,over 20 sets high-precision new type wire cutting,assembly CNC.Annual capacity is more than 300 sets of high quality toolings.

Window Sill Extrusion Die

Our company offers the following products: 1. ASA/color PVC full-coat co-extrusion Tooling, with a co-extrusion layer thickness between 0.2 and 0.3 mm; 2. Single-sided ASA/color PVC co-extrusion Tooling, with a co-extrusion layer thickness between 0.2 and 0.3 mm; 3. Full-sided color PVC co-extrusion Tooling; 4. Gasket Pre co-extrusion Tooling; 5. Gasket Post co-extrusion Tooling.

CO-Extrusion die

Our company uses specialized flow channel design and software simulation to ensure uniform pressure throughout the entire process, resulting in a uniform co-extruded layer. The point where the co-extruded material meets the main material is only 10-15mm from the exit. The main material pressure at this point is close to zero, minimizing the impact on the co-extruded material and ensuring maximum stability and uniformity in the co-extruded layer

CO-Extrusion mould

The interior and exterior surfaces of the windows can be co-extruded in different colors to meet the needs of different customers. The co-extruded materials can be ASA, PMMA or colored PVC.

CO-Extrusion mold

The advantages of this mold are: 1. The profile retains its original color after welding and cleaning, eliminating the need for painting and saving time. 2. The visible surface is produced using new raw materials, while the non-visible surface can be produced using recycled materials, reducing costs.

Gasket Pre co-extrusion Tooling

This American-style, dual-cavity, front-extrusion rubber strip mold is manufactured in the United States. It simultaneously co-extrudes two O-ring rubber strips and eight 2mm-long single-arm rubber strips. The advantage of front-extrusion is a strong bond, allowing the rubber strips to blend seamlessly with the profile. The challenges are: 1. It requires high mold design and uniform flow rates for the rubber strips and profile; 2. It also requires high operator skill.

Gasket Post co-extrusion Tooling

The advantages of using post-co-extrusion for rubber strips are: general skilled workers can operate successfully, the scrap rate is low, and the same post-co-extrusion can be used on multiple sets of molds, reducing costs. The disadvantage is: the bonding is not as strong as the pre-co-extrusion bonding, but the bonding strength is sufficient for use.
