1. Design of the head: Ordinary clothes hanger type flow channels should not be used. The drawback of the clothes hanger type flow channel is that changing the raw materials and formulas can cause the outflow to be out of sync, and different screw structures and screw rotation speeds can also cause the outflow to be out of sync. External factors are difficult to be absolutely the same, so using the clothes hanger type flow channel makes it difficult for the Precision extrusion die to maintain synchronous outflow. The head structure must adopt a mesh-type feeding method, which ensures stable feeding, stable pressure, and the outflow stability is greatly affected by external factors. The disadvantage of the mesh-type feeding method is that the processing technology is complex and the cost is high, but it can ensure that the tolerances at all positions are within ±0.1mm.
2. For this type of cross-section, a speed of 6 meters per minute is a relatively high speed. There are two design schemes for the calibrator. Scheme one: The calibrator material uses copper, which has good thermal conductivity and can quickly remove heat, quickly shape, and the production speed is naturally very high, but the Precision extrusion die cost is very high. Scheme two: Use normal mold steel, and the first section of the calibrator adopts vacuum cooling and adsorption shaping, and the bottom uses direct cooling water spraying onto the surface of the profile. This design concept can also quickly remove heat, but the disadvantage is that it requires an experienced operation engineer, and the size of vacuum and water spraying needs to be adjusted.
