WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling Project Proposal
1. The WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling is widely adaptable, compatible with 65/132 and 80/156 extruders for standard production. The screw can be a standard rigid PVC screw for basic production; however, to obtain lighter, more uniform, and stable foamed products, it is recommended to upgrade to a foam-specific screw, effectively improving foam fineness and overall product flatness.
2. For 600mm wide WPC wall panels, the WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling offers two mature solutions: medium-speed and high-speed configurations, which can be flexibly selected according to production capacity requirements.
3. The medium-speed WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling configuration consists of: a die head + two 400mm shaping sections + one 2-meter shaping section + four shaping plates. When used with a 65mm extruder for stable mass production, the 24-hour capacity can reach 6 tons, with a finished product area consistently between 1600 and 2200 square meters. Standard production speed: Approximately 2m/min for 600mm wide wall panels, and over 3m/min for 400mm wide wall panels, suitable for regular batch production.
4. The high-speed, high-yield WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling configuration includes: a machine head + a combined shaping system (two 400mm shaping sections, one 1-meter water tank section, and one 200mm shaping section) + one 2-meter water tank section and four shaping plates. This structure significantly improves cooling and shaping efficiency, adapting to high-speed continuous production. On the 65 model, daily output can reach 6-7 tons; after upgrading to the 80 model, 24-hour capacity reaches up to 11 tons, fully meeting the needs of large-scale orders.
5. In terms of formulation and process, this WPC Panel Extrusion Tooling is compatible with a high-filler, stable foaming system. Standard ratio: 1 bag of resin with 2 bags of calcium powder, resulting in a stable finished product density of 1.0; High-filler ratio: 1 bag of resin with 4 bags of calcium powder, by appropriately increasing the foaming agent, the density can also be stably controlled at 1.0, achieving low-cost, lightweight, high-quality products. 6. Product appearance can be flexibly customized. After extrusion molding, the substrate can be laminated, easily achieving various colors and textures to meet the decorative and market demands of different customers.
