Conventional ordinary molds use the basic configuration of machine head + 500mm single-section calibrator to meet conventional mass production needs; high-speed and high-efficiency molds have a three-section combined structure with an overall calibration length of 1.2 meters. It is composed of a 600mm first-section calibrator, a 400mm intermediate water tank, and a 200mm tail-section calibrator. The cooling and shaping is more uniform, which can greatly increase the extrusion speed and finished product flatness.

At the same time, the density of the internal ribs of the gusset plate directly affects the adaptability of the raw materials: when the 200mm wide gusset plate is equipped with 32-33 dense internal ribs, the plate has strong support and can be adapted to a high-proportion calcium powder formula of 250-260; if there are only 24-25 internal ribs and the support force is weak, the calcium powder addition amount needs to be controlled within 230kg to avoid brittleness of the finished product and substandard quality.

4.The specifications of mainstream gusset plates in the industry are highly standardized, with commonly used widths of 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm, of which 250mm is the mainstream in the market; conventional heights cover 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10mm, with 8mm being the most popular specification. There are fixed process standards for wall thickness. The wall thickness of the visible side of the 200mm wide gusset plate is 0.25mm, the non-visible side is 0.23mm, and the internal rib is 0.2mm. The full-section wall thickness of the 250mm and 300mm wide gusset plates is uniformly 0.25mm. At the same time, the weight of the board can be accurately measured. For a 200mm wide and 8mm high gusset board, the total internal and external wall thickness is 0.55mm. Each 0.01mm wall thickness corresponds to 8 grams of weight. For every 1mm increase in height, the weight per meter increases by 10 grams. Accurately controlling parameters can stabilize the meter weight of the product.

5.The production speed of PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Tooling is directly linked to the length of the shaping section and the width of the panel. 500mm shaping section: 200mm wide plate extrusion speed ≥5m/min, 250mm wide plate ≥3m/min; 600mm extended shaping section: 200mm wide plate extrusion speed ≥6m/min, 250mm wide plate ≥4m/min, 300mm wide plate ≥3m/min.

6.In addition, there is an adaptation loss rule when using PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Tooling: when producing new molds, the standard distance between the machine head and the shaping machine is 25 cm. After 3-5 months of use, due to the wear and tear of calcium powder and changes in the meter weight of the plate, the spacing can be appropriately shortened and the meter weight of the plate can be adjusted by slight stretching to ensure stable specifications of the finished product. In terms of equipment, the minimum standard configuration of the extruder for producing PVC ceiling gussets is 65/132 or 65/140 models, which can meet the demand for stable mass production.
