Spiral Pipe Extrusion Tooling
This spiral wrap mold is exported to countries such as Russia and Mexico. The wall thickness is 5.0mm. Our company uses a special mold structure, achieving a wall thickness tolerance of 5.0±0.1mm and a dimension tolerance of 5.0±0.2mm. The formula is to add 5kg of calcium powder to every 100kg of PVC.
Process: During production in the extrusion workshop, this product is coiled into a disc. It is then transported to the winding workshop, where a rolling machine tightly interlock the left and right sides of the cross-section, winding it into a cylindrical pipe.
