There are 8 sets of main sheet molds, each requiring different calibrators due to their distinct shapes. However, all 8 sets can share one sheet die, which helps reduce costs for customers. The die is manufactured according to the largest size, and when producing smaller sizes, the excess material is simply trimmed off after extrusion. Similarly, for the 8 sets of auxiliary molds, 8 calibrators are required, but only one sheet die needs to be produced based on the largest dimensions.
